摘  要:土壤次生盐渍化是全球农业面临的一个重要挑战,是影响作物产量的主要因素之一。甜瓜幼苗期对盐胁迫尤为敏感,高盐度环境下发芽率和生物量显著降低,影响后期生长和最终产量。本研究通过NaCl模拟盐胁迫环境,利用不同浓度褪黑素处理甜瓜种子及幼苗,对甜瓜种子发芽率及苗期形态指标和生理生化指标进行测定,解析不同浓度褪黑素对甜瓜发芽和初期生长的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫下,10μmol/L(T_(2))和50μmol/L(T_(3))褪黑素处理的甜瓜种子发芽率分别为88.67%和86.00%,较0μmol/L(T_(1))褪黑素处理甜瓜种子发芽率(56.33%)显著提高,而100μmol/L(T_(4))褪黑素处理的种子发芽率(24.33%)显著低于其他3个处理,说明过高的褪黑素浓度可能会抑制甜瓜种子发芽;在甜瓜幼苗处于盐胁迫的情况下,50μmol/L(T_(3))褪黑素处理对甜瓜幼苗在叶片数、干物质质量、主茎长度和根系活力4个生长发育指标上均表现出显著的盐胁迫缓解作用,同时较其他褪黑素处理浓度显著提高了叶绿素含量且表现出最高的POD含量(5.69 U/g)和脯氨酸含量(3.19μmol/L),说明50μmol/L浓度的褪黑素处理可能通过生理指标的调节,对盐胁迫做出应激反应,有效缓解盐胁迫对甜瓜幼苗生长发育的抑制,降低甜瓜受到的盐胁迫伤害。Secondary salinization of soil is an important challenge facing global agriculture and is one of the main factors affecting crop yields.The seedling stage of melon is particularly sensitive to salt stress,and the germination rate and biomass are significantly reduced in high salinity environments,which affects later growth and final yield.By simulating a salt stress environment with NaCl,melon seeds and seedlings were treated with different concentrations of melatonin.The germination rate of melon seeds,morphological and physiological indicators during the seedling stage were measured,and the effects of different concentrations of melatonin on melon germination and initial growth were analyzed.The results showed that under salt stress,the germination rates of melon seeds treated with 10μmol/L(T_(2))and 50μmol/L(T_(3))melatonin were 88.67%and 86.00%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those treated with 0μmol/L(T_(1))melatonin(56.33%).However,the germination rate of melon seeds treated with 100μmol/L(T_(4))melatonin(24.33%)was significantly lower than the other three treatments,indicating that excessive melatonin concentration may inhibit melon seed germination.Under salt stress,50μmol/L(T_(3))melatonin treatment showed significant salt stress relief effects on the growth and development indicators of melon seedlings,including leaf number,dry matter mass,main stem length and root vitality.At the same time,compared with other melatonin treatments,the concentration of 50μmol/L significantly increased chlorophyll content and showed the highest POD content(5.69 U/g)and proline content(3.19μmol/L),indicating that melatonin treatment at a concentration of 50μmol/L might regulate physiological indicators to respond to salt stress,effectively alleviate the inhibition of salt stress on the growth and development of melon seedlings,and reduce salt stress damage to melon.
