生产性服务投入对我国高端装备制造业出口质量的影响研究

摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会明确高端装备制造业是我国发展新质生产力的典型代表。在高水平对外开放环境下,作为知识密集的中间投入,生产性服务是提升我国高端装备制造业出口质量的重要突破口,对贸易强国建设具有重大意义。综合运用并匹配中国海关数据、中国工业企业数据、OECD投入产出表数据,采用2000-2013年面板数据经验验证生产性服务投入对我国高端装备制造业出口质量提升的正效应,并通过了一系列稳健性检验。机理分析及检验表明:人力资本溢出、TFP增长率上升是生产性服务投入提升我国高端装备制造业出口质量的中间机制。异质性分析表明:低技术批发零售、运输仓储与邮政以及高技术专业科学服务呈现正效应;高端装备制造业各细分行业投入的生产性服务均为正效应;仅东部地区、私营控投企业表现出正效应。因此,立足于更高水平上扩大对外开放,因产制宜、因地制宜、因企制宜利用好生产性服务投入促进高端装备制造业出口质量提升,是加快我国新质生产力发展和贸易强国建设的有效路径。The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee has clearly stated that the high-end equipment manufacturing industry is a typical representative of China’s development of new quality producer forces.Under China’s opening economic environment,as knowledge intensive intermediate inputs,producer services may be an important breakthrough for improving the export quality of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry,and have significant implications for building a strong trading nation.This is a comprehensive match of the customs data,industrial and enterprise data,OECD input-output table data to get 2000-2013 panel data.We verify the significant positive effects of producer service inputs on the export quality of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry and passes a series of robustness tests.The human capital spillover and TFP growth rate are intermediate mechanisms to improve the export quality of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry by producer service inputs.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the overall effect of low-technology producer services is better than the high-technology ones,such as the positive effects of low-technology of wholesale and retail,transportation and warehousing and postal services inputs to increase export quality of high-end equipment manufacturing industry.However,high-technology finance still has insignificant effects because of financial repression;There are negative effects coming from communication and information services development lagging behind the demand of improving export quality of high-end equipment manufacturing.This is positive effects coming from professional scientific services.There are all positive effects of producer services inputs increasing the export quality of all sub-sectors of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry.However,only the eastern region,private controlled investment enterprises have positive effect of producer service inputs on improving the export quality of high-end equipment manufacturin
