摘 要:该文旨在探究河道底泥重金属污染下丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)与深色有隔内生真菌(DSE)对芦苇生长、氮磷吸收、叶绿素荧光以及重金属去除的影响。以济南市小清河河道底泥为研究对象,对芦苇进行了接种AMF内根孢囊霉(AM1)、幼套近明球囊霉(AM2)、细凹无梗囊霉(AM3)、DSE沙门外瓶柄霉以及AMF+DSE组合(AM1+DSE、AM2+DSE、AM3+DSE)和不接种对照(CK)共8个处理。结果表明,重金属底泥污染下AMF和DSE具有加和作用,与芦苇能形成良好的共生关系,AM1+DSE双接种处理下的DSE总侵染率和AMF总侵染率最高,分别达到51.0%和66.7%。AMF、DSE或AMF+DSE处理均显著增加芦苇叶生物量以及地上部和根系氮、磷含量,地上部氮、磷含量比CK增加了147.5%和192.5%,根系氮、磷含量比CK增加了104.4%和204.3%。AM1+DSE处理的芦苇根际过氧化氢酶、脲酶以及碱性磷酸酶活性最高,比CK处理分别增加了126.5%、116.3%和91.8%,而AM1+DSE、AM2+DSE、AM3+DSE处理下的蔗糖酶无显著差异。各处理下,以AM1+DSE处理对底泥中重金属的去除率最高,达33.3%~58.4%。AMF和DSE双接种可提高芦苇氮、磷吸收量以及土壤酶活性,促进芦苇生物量的提高,增加对底泥重金属的去除效率,其中AM1+DSE是该研究试验条件下的最佳组合。This article aims to explore the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)and dark septate endophyte(DSE)on reed growth,nitrogen and phosphorus uptake,chlorophyll fluorescence,and heavy metal removal under heavy metal pollution in river sediment.Taking the sediment of Xiaoqing River in Jinan City as the research object,eight treatments were conducted on reeds inoculated with Rhizophorus intramadices(AM1),Claroideoglomus etunicatum(AM2),Acaulospo-ra scrobiculata(AM3),Exophiala salinus,AMF+DSE combinations(AM1+DSE,AM2+DSE,AM3+DSE),and non inoculat-ed control(CK).The results showed that under heavy metal sediment pollution,AMF and DSE had a synergistic effect and formed a good symbiotic relationship with reeds.The total infection rate of DSE and AMF was the highest under the AM1+DSE double inoculation treatment,reaching 51.0%and 66.7%,respectively.AMF,DSE,or AMF+DSE treatments significant-ly increased the biomass and nitrogen and phosphorus content of aboveground and root systems.The aboveground nitrogen and phosphorus content increased by 147.5%and 192.5%compared to CK,and the root nitrogen and phosphorus content increased by 104.4%and 204.3%compared to CK.The activities of catalase,urease,and alkaline phosphatase in the rhizo-sphere of reed treated with AM1+DSE were the highest,increasing by 126.5%,116.3%,and 91.8%respectively compared to the CK treatment.However,there was no significant difference in sucrase activity among the AM1+DSE,AM2+DSE,and AM3+DSE treatments.Under each treatment,the AM1+DSE treatment showed the highest removal rate of heavy metals in sediment,ranging from 33.3%to 58.4%.The conclusion is that dual inoculation of AMF and DSE can increase the nitrogen and phosphorus absorption of reed and soil enzyme activity,promote the increase of biomass of reed,and increase the removal efficiency of heavy metals in sediment.Among them,AM1+DSE is the best combination under this experiment.
