摘 要:建立了基于电磁感应原理双螺管线圈的数学物理模型,通过仿真分析得到了线圈结构参数最优解。针对静态仿真模型与实际油液磨粒状态不符及精确较差问题,本文引入了斯托克斯颗粒自由沉淀公式,模拟磨粒在润滑油中的自由沉淀过程,分析了线圈输出信号与运动磨粒相关特征的关系,得到了更接近实际的状态的仿真结果。验证结果表明:传感器的检测精度可以控制在±7.6%以内,并且可以识别不同尺寸的磨粒。A mathematical physical model of the double-screw coil based on electromagnetic induction principle is established,and the optimal solution of the coil structure parameters is obtained through simulation analysis.Aiming at the problem that the static simulation model does not match with the actual oil abrasive state and is less accurate,the Stokes particle free sedimentation formula is introduced to simulate the free sedimentation process of abrasive particles in lubricating oil,the relationship between the coil output signal and the relevant characteristics of moving abrasive particles is analyzed,and the simulation results that are closer to the actual state are obtained.The validation results show that the detection precision of the sensor can be controlled within±7.6%and different sizes of abrasive particles can be identified.
