摘  要:自动化检测技术的不断发展导致污水处理厂自动化程度日益提高,自动化检测技术逐渐应用于污水处理厂各种检测项目,由于污泥沉降特性,使其对污泥沉降领域应用较少。因此,为了实现污泥沉降比的周期性检测,开发了一种基于边缘计算的沉降比自动检测系统。该系统根据设定的时间进行运行沉淀,使用工业摄像头采集沉淀图像,并对图像进行识别分析以检测沉降比。制作了实验样机,并通过了实验样机的验证。Continuous development of automated detection technology has led to the increasing automation degree of wastewater treatment plants,and automated detection technology is gradually applied to various detection projects in wastewater treatment plants,which is less applied to the field of sludge settling due to its settling characteristics.Therefore,in order to realize the periodic detection of sludge settling ratio,an automatic detection system of settling ratio based on edge computing is developed.The system runs the settling according to the set time,an industrial camera is used to captures the settling image,and the image is identified and analyzed to detect the settling ratio.An experimental prototype is fabricated and validated.
