摘 要:以一种典型弯管为例,采用模拟仿真和交叉试验方案1~3验证,通过优化铸件的结构和浇注系统,铸件浇注后嵌入本体的缩孔减少了40%,甚至消除。采用模具蜡成形的铸件外表面轮廓度、无损检测的综合质量均优于光敏树脂蜡模浇注成形的铸件。方案3的荧光、X光终检一次合格率91.7%,平均循环次数0.08次,铸件实际外表面轮廓为0~0.3 mm,综合力学性能最佳,抗拉强度为926 MPa,屈服强度为868 MPa,伸长率达9.0%,断面收缩率16%,为最佳试验方案。By conducting computer simulation and cross experiment 1~3 on a typical bent pipe,the risk of embedded body shrinkage after pouring is reduced by 40% by optimizing the casting structure and casting system or even eliminated.The outer contour and comprehensive quality of non-destructive testing of castings formed by mold wax were superior to those formed by photosensitive resin wax mold casting.The first pass rate of fluorescence and X-ray final inspection in scheme 3 was 91.7%,with an average of 0.08 repetitions.The outer contour of the casting was about 0~0.3 mm,and the comprehensive mechanical properties were the best.The tensile strength was 926 MPa,the yield strength was 868 MPa,the elongation rate was 9.0%,and the cross-sectional shrinkage rate was 16%,which is the best test scheme.
