钛合金精密铸造陶瓷型壳界面反应的研究

摘　　要：使用SEM-EDS联用测定仪分别对采用CaO稳定的ZrO_(2)和Y_(2)O_(3)两种钛合金精铸用陶瓷型壳铸造过程合金熔体与型壳间的的界面反应进行了研究分析,并利用氧势图进一步分析了其反应机理,根据反应机理寻找出了最适合做钛及钛合金精密铸造的面层材料。The interfacial reaction between the alloy melt and the ceramic shell of ZrO_(2) and Y_(2)O_(3),which were stabilized by CaO,was studied by SEM-EDS,and the reaction mechanism was further analyzed by using oxygen potential diagram.According to the reaction mechanism,the most suitable surface materials for titanium and titanium alloy precision casting were found out.
