摘 要:对Ti662合金进行固溶时效处理,在固溶温度确定的条件下改变时效温度,通过拉伸性能测试以及扫描电子显微镜,研究时效温度对Ti662合金微观组织与拉伸性能的影响。研究发现:合金仅经固溶处理后的组织由初生α相以及α'相构成,再进行时效处理后,发现组织中析出大量次生α相,且α'相完全溶解。合金经固溶时效处理后的强度较仅经固溶处理后的强度有明显增加,而在时效温度不断升高的过程中,发现合金强度与塑性均不断降低。合金经固溶以及固溶时效处理后的拉伸断口形貌整体相似度较高,均是由大量韧窝构成,其断裂形式以韧性断裂为主,并发现经固溶时效处理后的拉伸断口中还存在少量的空洞。The microstructure and tensile properties of Ti662 alloy were investigated by conducting a tensile property test and utilizing a scanning electron microscope,to examine the influence of aging temperature.The study focused on analyzing the impact of aging temperature on the microstructure and tensile properties of Ti662 alloy.It is found that the microstructure of the alloy after solution treatment is composed of primary α phase andα'phase.Following the process of aging treatment,theα'phase undergoes complete elimination,while a significant number of secondaryαphases precipitate.The strength of the alloy after solution and aging treatment is significantly higher than that after only solution treatment.During the course of increasing the aging temperature,a consistent decrease in both the strength and plasticity of the alloy has been observed.The overall similarity of the tensile fracture morphology of the alloy after solution treatment and aging treatment is high,as they are both composed of numerous dimples.The fracture mode is mainly ductile fracture,and it is also found that there are a few voids present in the tensile fracture surface after aging treatment.
