摘 要:为了稳定控制蠕墨铸铁的残镁量,提升蠕化率及铸件材质一致性,对蠕墨铸铁的生产过程进行了试验研究。结果表明:残镁量随原铁液液相线温度的下降而上升,残镁量随原铁液硫含量的升高而降低;喂线处理温度在1440~1460℃时,镁元素的吸收率相对更高、更平稳;喂线速度过快,镁元素吸收率及残镁量将下降,浇包高径比增加镁元素吸收率。In order to control the residual magnesium content of vermicular graphite cast iron stably,improve the creep rate and the consistency of casting material,the production process of vermicular graphite cast iron was studied experimentally.The results show that the residual magnesium content increases with the decrease of liquidus temperature,and the residual magnesium content decreases with the increase of sulfur content.The absorption rate of magnesium was higher and more stable when the feeding temperature was from 1440℃ to 1460℃.If the feeding speed is too fast,the absorption rate of magnesium and residual magnesium will decrease,and the ratio of ladle height to diameter will increase the absorption rate of magnesium.
