摘  要:根据FD300混动柴油机缸体的结构特征和性能要求,分析铸造工艺难点,设计缸体铸造工艺。采用三乙胺冷芯盒法进行制芯和树脂砂造型,水套增设预埋金属芯撑,回油道砂芯优化结构增设工艺孔和设计反变形补正量,并选用100%宝珠砂制备工艺。浇注系统设计为卧浇中注阶梯式,内浇口采用单层薄壁“扇形”结构,位置设计在曲轴半圆瓦处,并采用AnyCasting软件进行数值模拟分析。熔炼方面采用碳化硅和复合孕育剂孕育处理。经工艺实验,缸体铸件外观质量状态良好,力学性能、金相组织和铸件壁厚等均满足技术要求。According to the structural characteristics and performance requirements of FD300 hybrid diesel engine cylinder block,the difficulty of casting process is analyzed and the casting process is designed.Triethylamine cold core box method was used for core making and resin sand modeling,embedded metal core support was added to the water jacket,process holes were added to optimize the structure of the sand core in the oil return channel,and the amount of anti-deformation and anti-correction was designed,100% pearl sand preparation process was selected.The pouring system was designed as a horizontal casting and stepped injection type,and the inner gate adopted a single-layer thin-wall"fan"structure and was designed at the semi-circular tile of the crankshaft.Anycasting software was used for numerical simulation and analysis.In melting process,silicon carbide and compound inoculant are used for inoculation.Through the process experiment,the appearance quality of the cylinder casting is in good condition,the mechanical properties,metallographic structure and casting wall thickness and other related tests all meet the technical requirements.
