摘 要:对制动鼓铸件砂孔、渣孔缺陷进行分析,认为形成的主要原因是模样与型板配合面根部间隙较小,造型起模时产生带砂,用修补剂修补铸造圆角后,在干燥过程中有收缩变形现象产生裂纹,造型起模时也会产生带砂;其次是浇注系统设计不合理所致。通过增加配合面根部圆角,优化浇注系统设计及充型仿真分析,并经生产验证,砂孔、渣孔缺陷废品率由原来的10%下降到至0.8%。According to the analysis of sand holes and slag holes in brake drum castings,it is considered that the main reason for the formation is that the gap between the mold and the base of the matching surface of the mold plate is small,and belt sand is produced during mold drawing.After the casting round corners are repaired by the repair agent,shrinkage deformation occurs during the drying process and cracks are produced during mold drawing.Secondly,the gating system design is unreasonable.The design of pouring system and the simulation analysis of filling were optimized by increasing the rounded corner of the base of mating surface.After production verification,sand hole,slag hole defect rejection rate decreased from the original 10% to 0.8%.
