摘 要:针对大型阀体铸件在砂型铸造过程中存在的缩松缺陷,利用CAE模拟软件研究关键工艺参数浇注温度和铸型刚度对缩松缺陷的影响情况。缩松缺陷主要出现在阀体的厚壁处,在浇注温度为1390℃、铸型刚度为0.83 N·m^(-1)时,缩松数量最少为3个,缩松体积最小为5.18 cm^(3)。从而得知,提高铸型的紧实度,并且采用1390℃的浇注温度,能够有效减少该铸件的缩松缺陷。Aiming at the shrinkage defects of large valve body castings in the sand casting process,CAE simulation software was used to study the influence of key process parameters-pouring temperature and mold stiffness on shrinkage defects.The shrinkage defect mainly appears in the thick wall of the valve body,when the pouring temperature is 1390℃ and the molding stiffness is 0.83 N·m^(-1),the minimum number of shrinkage is 3,and the minimum volume of shrinkage is 5.18 cm^(3).Therefore,it is concluded that improving the compactness of the mold and using a pouring temperature of 1390℃ can effectively reduce the shrinkage defect of the casting.
