大型一体化压铸机液压系统的研究现状与展望

摘　　要：大型压铸机是实现一体化压铸技术的关键设备,液压系统作为压铸机的重要组成部分,其工作特性直接影响到压射速度、生产效率和工作可靠性。概述了大型压铸机及其液压系统的国内外研究现状,分析了基于双比例液压系统、容积变量式液压系统、变频调速式液压系统和伺服调速式液压系统等几种典型液压驱动控制方案,讨论了液压系统中的关键组件——液压缸和控制阀对大型压铸机性能的影响,以及关于压铸机液压系统的节能研究情况,并对未来大型压铸机及其液压系统的研究方向进行了展望。Large die casting machine is the key equipment to realize integrated die casting technology.As an important part of the die casting machine,the working characteristics of the hydraulic system directly affect the injection speed,production efficiency and working reliability.The research status of large-scale die-casting machine and its hydraulic system was summarized.Several typical hydraulic drive control schemes based on dual proportional hydraulic systems,volumetric variable hydraulic systems,variable frequency speed control hydraulic systems,and servo speed control hydraulic systems were analyzed.The influence of the key components of the hydraulic system hydraulic cylinder and control valve on the performance of large-scale die-casting machine was discussed,as well as the research on energy saving of the hydraulic system of die-casting machine.It also looks forward to the future research directions of large die-casting machines and their hydraulic systems.
