清初明遗民的礼教观和礼制实践——以王弘撰葬父妾引发的顾炎武与王建常的论争为例

摘　　要：由王弘撰为父妾张氏治丧事件引发的顾炎武与王建常关于葬仪的论辩,聚焦于以絻服为张氏发丧受吊是否合礼的问题。他们论争的实质即为儒家传统礼教中“礼”与“义”的冲突,王建常固守传统之礼与顾炎武因事制宜、以民族大义为先,主张表彰节行义举的态度,恰好呈现出清初明遗民两种不同的礼教观和礼制实践。究其论争动因,既有清初儒家葬仪变迁的外在影响,也有思想观念差异的内在原因。虽然他们的礼教观存在差异,但其根本宗旨都是恢复汉民族传统文化,挽救衰颓的世道人心,这是他们共同的价值体认。The dispute of Gu Yanwu and Wang Jianchang about the ceremonial burial was caused by Wang Hongzhuan’s funeral of his father’s concubine,and this controversy was focused on whether it is suitable to mourn Zhang in a mourning suit.The essence of their argument is a conflict between“eti-quette”and“righteousness”in Confucian traditional ethics.Wang Jianchang stuck to the traditional eti-quette,while Gu Yanwu took measures according to local conditions,gave priority to national justice,and advocated to commend chastity and righteousness.Their attitude exactly presents the different con-cept and practice of the Ming adherents.The motivation for the debate is both the external influence of the changes in Confucian burial rites in the early Qing Dynasty and the internal reasons for the differ-ences in ideological concepts.Although there are differences in their ethics,their fundamental purpose is to restore the traditional culture of the Han nationality and to save the decaying world,which is their common value recognition.
