摘　　要：羊肺炎是一种严重危害羊群健康的一类传染性疾病,表现出典型的肺部、胸膜等部位炎性症状,并伴随发热、呼吸困难、严重咳嗽等症状。本文为诊治某养羊户的四例绵羊呼吸道疾病,对临床出现呼吸急促、高热、流脓性鼻液进行初步诊断,结合病理剖检出现典型肺脏出血坏死确诊为羊肺炎。以抗菌治疗为基础,结合解热镇痛、补液、抑制渗出和化痰止咳等综合措施进行治疗,治愈3例,死亡1例。通过本病例的诊治,为基层缺乏诊断技术和实验条件的情况下治疗羊肺炎提供参考。Sheep pneumonia is an infectious disease that poses a significant threat to the health of sheep.It is characterized by typical inflammatory symptoms in the lungs,pleura,and other regions,accompanied by fever,dyspnea,and severe cough.This article discusses the diagnosis and treatment of four cases of respiratory diseases in sheep observed on a farm.The preliminary diagnosis was based on clinical manifestations including shortness of breath,high fever,and purulent nasal discharge.Combined with the typical findings of lung hemorrhage and necrosis identified during pathological autopsy,the diagnosis was confirmed as sheep pneumonia.Treatment involved antibacterial therapy along with comprehensive measures such as antipyretic analgesia,fluid replenishment,exudation inhibition,and cough relief.Of the four cases,three were successfully cured while one resulted in mortality.This case study provides valuable insights for the treatment of sheep pneumonia,particularly in settings where diagnostic technology and experimental resources are limited.
