摘 要:为了研究甘肃地区不同产地黄芪中无机元素含量及分布情况,试验收集28批黄芪样品经Multiwave7000型超级微波消解仪消解,采用PerkinElmer 2000型电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定铝、钡、铍、钴、铬、铁、镓、镁、锰、镍、锑、锡、锶、钛、铊、钒、锌元素含量。采用SPSS 25.0软件进行主成分分析,确定黄芪中差异性特征元素,再以特征元素为变量进行系统聚类分析,探讨黄芪中主要无机元素的含量与其产地的关系。结果表明:甘肃地区黄芪药材中17种无机元素均有检出,特征元素为钡、钴、铁、镓、锰、锌、锡,不同产地的黄芪各元素含量存在差异,表现出一定的聚类性特征。说明甘肃地区黄芪中无机元素含量丰富,但不同的生态环境可造成富集的无机元素含量存在差异,本研究可为黄芪进一步开发应用提供参考。To study the distribution of inorganic elements in Astragalus from different origins in Gansu Province,28 batches of Astragalus samples were collected and digested by the Multiwave 7000 Super Microwave Digestion System.The concentrations of aluminum,barium,beryllium,cobalt,chromium,iron,gallium,magnesium,manganese,nickel,antimony,strontium,titanium,thallium,vanadium,and zinc were determined by PerkinElmer 2000 Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer.Principal Component Analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0 software to determine the characteristic elements of Astragalus,and systematic cluster analysis was performed using the characteristic elements as variables to explore the relationship between the main inorganic elements and the origin of Astragalus.The results showed that 17 inorganic elements were detected in Astragalus from Gansu Province,with characteristic elements including barium,cobalt,iron,gallium,manganese,zinc,and tin.The contents of inorganic elements in different origins of Astragalus were different and showed certain clustering characteristics.This indicates that Astragalus from Gansu Province has rich inorganic element content,but different ecological environments can cause differences in the content of inorganic elements that are enriched,and this study can provide reference for further development and application of Astragalus.
