摘 要:科技创新在推动航空制造业发展及产业升级过程中发挥重要作用。论文通过中国航空制造业创新发展政策梳理和关键词聚类分析,揭示航空制造业技术创新焦点;重点围绕航空发动机、航空材料及航空绿色发展领域,从时间维度和技术维度分析科技创新驱动航空制造业发展的关键路径;结合发达国家支持航空制造业科技创新的政策体系,阐述中国航空制造业发展的政策方向。研究发现,政府创新政策应在政府专项补贴强度、税收优惠政策的针对性、知识产权策略以及军民融合进程方面适当倾斜,为航空制造业研发创新提供有效支撑。Scientific and Technological innovation plays a vital role in driving the development and industrial upgrading of the aviation manufacturing industry.This paper reveals the focus of technological innovation in the aviation manufacturing industry by sorting out the innovation policies of China's aviation manufacturing industry and conducting keyword clustering analysis;analyzes the key paths of technological innovation to drive the development of the aviation manufacturing industry from both temporal and technological dimensions around the field of aero-engines,aviation materials,and aviation green development;describes the policy directions for the development of China's aviation manufacturing industry by referring to the policy systems of developed countries in supporting technological innovation in the aviation manufacturing industry.It is found the government's innovation policy should be appropriately tilted in terms of the intensity of government special subsidies,the pertinence of preferential tax policies,intellectual property strategies,and the progress of military-civilian integration,so as to provide effective support for the R&D innovation of aviation manufacturing industry.
