摘 要:探究不同生产期皖西白鹅血清激素水平和卵巢发育相关基因表达差异性。分别选取开产前、产蛋期和就巢期的皖西白鹅各4只作为研究对象,通过测定不同时期鹅血清激素水平,卵巢发育相关基因表达,对比分析各指标的差异及调控作用。结果表明,产蛋期皖西白鹅血清中E_(2)、MLT、P_(4)的水平高于开产前和就巢期(P<0.05),产蛋期皖西白鹅卵巢中MUSTN 1、FHL 1、FHL 2、GSC、P 2 RX 1、FN 1、RSPO 3、IGF 1基因表达水平高于开产前和就巢期(P<0.05);产蛋期CCNB 1、FOXM1基因表达水平低于开产前和就巢期(P<0.05),而开产前的表达水平显著高于就巢期。皖西白鹅产蛋期需要高浓度的E_(2)、MLT、P_(4)和高表达的发育相关的基因(MUSTN 1、FHL 1、FHL 2、GSC、P 2 RX 1、FN 1、RSPO 3和IGF 1)来调节卵巢的功能和卵泡发育,推测这些基因可能是影响鹅卵巢卵泡发育和产蛋的潜在重要基因。To investigate the difference in serum hormone levels and the expression of development-related genes to ovarian of Wanxi white geese during differentproduction periods.Four Wanxi white geese were selected before-laying,laying,nest stage,respectively.Through the determination of the levels of serum hormones in geese at different periods as well as the expression of genes associated with ovarian development,the differences and regulatory effects of various indicators were compared and analyzed.The results indicated that the serum levels of estradiol(E_(2)),melatonin(MLT),and progesterone(P_(4))were significantly higher during the laying compared to the before-laying and nest(P<0.05).Additionally,the expression levels of MUSTN 1,FHL1,FHL2,GSC,P2RX1,FN1,RSPO3,and IGF 1 genes in the ovary were significantly upregulated during the laying(P<0.05).In contrast,the expression of CCNB 1 and FOXM 1 genes was lower during the laying than in the before-laying and nest(P<0.05),with the highest levels observed in the before-laying.The results of the study indicated that high levels of E_(2),MLT,P_(4),and highly expressed development-related genes(MUSTN1,FHL1,FHL2,GSC,P2RX1,FN1,RSPO3,IGF 1)were required to regulate ovarian function and follicular development during laying in Wanxi white geese.These genes may serve as crucial regulators of ovarian follicle development and egg production,providing potential targets for future research on reproductive performance improvement in geese.
