养猪发酵床垫料配制基质的育秧效果

摘  要:为确定发酵床垫料配制育秧基质的方案,评估以发酵4个月的养猪床垫料为原料配制基质的水稻育秧效果。本研究以稻壳和发酵床垫料为主料,配伍不同比例营养土制成育苗基质进行育秧盘试验,比较不同的育秧基质对秧苗地上部全量养分含量,秧苗干物质积累以及秧苗生长等的影响。结果表明,D处理(400 g营养土+400 g发酵床垫料)秧苗高度相对于处理C(400 g营养土+400 g稻壳)显著提高了64.7%,茎基宽提高103.2%,差异均达到显著性;B处理(800 g发酵床垫料)相对于A处理(800 g稻壳),秧苗高度和茎基宽分别提高8.2%和46.3%。相对于C处理,D处理可显著促进秧苗地上部干物质的积累。作为发酵床垫料为基质的B处理相对于A处理显著增加了地上部养分含量;而相较于C处理,营养土与发酵床垫料混合的D处理中的全磷、全钾和可溶性糖分别提高了16.9%、21.2%、61.6%。养猪发酵床熟化垫料可以用作配制水稻育秧基质的原料,混合基质育秧效果好。To determine the preparation scheme for a seedling substrate using fermented mattress material,this study evaluated the efficacy based on pig mattress material that had been fermented for four months in the seedling substrate.Seedling substrates were prepared using rice husks and fermentedation bed padding materials as main materials with different proportions of nutrient soils.The seedling raising experiments were performed to ananlyze the effects of different substrates on nutrient contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium in the shoot,accumulation of dry matters and growth of rice seedlings.The results indicated that the seedling height and stem base width were increased by 64.7%and 103.2%in treatment D(400 g nutrient soil+400 g rice husk)compared with treatment C(400 g nutrient soil+400 g rice husk)(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with treatment A(rice husk 800 g),the seedling height and stem base width in treatment B(fermentation mattress 800 g)were increased by 7.9%and 46%,respectively.According to the results of treatment D and C,the combination of fermented rice husks and nutrient soilscould significant improve dry matter accumulation of rice seedlings(P<0.05).As a fermented mattress material substrate,treatment B significantly increased the above ground nutrient content compared to treatment A.Compared with treatment C,the total phosphorus,total potassium,and soluble sugars in treatment D,which mixed nutrient soil with fermented mattress material,increased by 16.9%,21.2%,61.6%,respectively.Pig fermentation bed maturation mat can be used as a raw material for preparing rice seedling substrate,and mixed substrate has good seedling cultivation effect.
