摘  要:针对蔬菜移栽机取苗成功率较低,栽植效率差,苗盘回收困难等问题,设计了一种电动移动底盘式的蔬菜移栽机。对幼苗进行静力学分析,判断幼苗的受力情况。以栽植装置上口径尺寸、栽植装置的锥尖角度以及栽植深度为试验因素,以入土阻力为评价指标。采用Box-Behnken响应曲面分析法设计正交试验,探究三者之间的交互作用对于入土阻力的影响,优化栽植参数。在满足栽植农艺的情况下,栽植装置的上口径尺寸为55 mm,锥尖角度为35°,栽植深度为60 mm时,栽植入土阻力较小。通过EDEM仿真试验,验证了交互作用下栽植阻力,研究结果可以为蔬菜移栽机设计与优化提供参考。To address the problems of low seedling picking rate,poor planting efficiency,and difficulty in retrieving seedling trays in vegetable transplanters,a motorized mobile base vegetable transplanter was designed.The static mechanical analysis of seedlings was conducted to determine the force exerted on seedlings.The experimental factors of the planting device were the outer diameter of the planting device,the cone tip angle of the planting device,and the planting depth,and the evaluation index was the resistance to planting into the soil.The Box-Behnken response surface analysis was used to design an orthogonal experiment to investigate the interactive effects of the three factors on the resistance to planting into the soil and optimize the planting parameters.Under the condition of meeting the planting agronomy,the outer diameter of the planting device was 55 mm,the cone tip angle was 35°,and the planting depth was 60 mm,the resistance to planting into the soil was the smallest.The experimental results were verified by EDEM simulation experiment,and the research results could provide reference for the design and optimization of vegetable transplanters.
