摘  要:设计一种能够用夹持带固定毛豆茎秆并进行收割的毛豆收割机。在满足设计要求的基础上对毛豆收割机进行详细结构设计,建立收割工作时毛豆茎秆的力学模型并进行受力分析,重点针对切割机构进行结构设计与运动规律分析。正常工作时,夹持式毛豆收割机具有切割和运输收集系统,工作时夹持带夹持作物底部茎秆,双动循环式切割机构切割根茎,传送带将作物输送至后方收集箱中,完成收割工作。该设计能够有效降低传统收割作业时产生的裂荚、落荚损失问题,收割后作物运输平稳,冲击小,有效提高作物收获率。Based on the stress analysis of edamame stem during harvesting,a kind of clamping edamame harvester was designed.On the basis of meeting the design requirements,the edamame harvester was designed in detail,and the mechanical model of edamame stalk during harvesting was established and the force analysis was carried out.The clamping edamame harvester had a cutting and transportation collection system.The clamping belt held the bottom stalk of the crop while working,the double-action circulating cutting mechanism cut the root,and the conveyor belt transported the crop to the rear collection box to complete the harvesting work.The design could effectively reduce the loss of pod splitting and pod shedding in traditional harvesting operations,and the crop transport after harvest was stable,the impact was small,and the crop harvest rate was effectively increased.
