摘  要:鸿蒙系统支持多设备互联和分布式协同操作,使得在故障诊断时,需要考虑到不同设备之间的通信协议、数据同步机制,从而影响故障的表现形式和诊断难度。为此,本文提出基于进化粒子滤波器的轻量型开源鸿蒙系统故障诊断方法,通过分层处理实时运行信息,结合正相关与负相关计算量化异常指标,以提高系统故障诊断的准确性和可靠性。通过量化检测与信息熵方法分析开源鸿蒙系统运行状态,结合进化粒子滤波器优化故障特征融合,利用节点重要性和数据特征融合结果,优化轻量型开源鸿蒙系统的故障诊断过程,提高故障诊断的准确性。实验结果表明,本方法能更准确地识别未知访问源信息,且诊断耗时更短,显著提升系统故障诊断的准确性和效率。HarmonyOS supports multi-device interconnection and distributed cooperative operation,so that communication protocols and data synchronization mechanisms between different devices need to be taken into account during fault diagnosis,which affects the manifestation and diagnosis difficulty of faults.Therefore,a lightweight and open source HarmonyOS fault diagnosis method based on evolutionary particle filter is proposed.The accuracy and reliability of the system fault diagnosis are improved by processing the real-time operation information in layers,and calculating the abnormal index by combining the positive correlation and the negative correlation.The open source HarmonyOS operating status was analyzed by quantitative detection and information entropy method,and the fault feature fusion was optimized by evolutionary particle filter.The fault diagnosis process of lightweight open source HarmonyOS was optimized by using node importance and data feature fusion results to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis.The experimental results show that the proposed method can identify the unknown access source information more accurately,and the diagnosis time is shorter.Which significantly improves the accuracy and efficiency of the system fault diagnosis.
