摘　　要：人工智能生成内容技术的发展为信息检索领域带来新的机遇和挑战。本文提出一种新的信息检索范式——人智认知导向的信息检索范式。首先,基于波普尔世界3理论,提出新范式的基本框架,阐明信息检索过程中人类、检索系统以及外界环境间的关系;其次,结合认知发展、意义建构等理论,深入剖析新范式的内在机制,阐释人和检索系统之间的双向认知建构过程,即人在信息检索过程中不断完善其知识结构的认知建构过程,以及检索系统依托大语言模型的内部程序处理持续优化其生成内容的认知建构过程;最后,探究新范式在信息需求获取、认知建构过程和信息行为表现方面对传统信息检索过程的影响,从人类认知、检索系统、人类—检索系统交互层面总结新范式存在的问题,并从技术赋能视角明确改进方向。本研究有助于拓展世界3、认知发展、意义建构等理论在信息检索领域的应用,丰富信息检索范式发展的可行路径,为信息检索的未来研究和实践提供新思路。With the development of AI-Generated Content(AIGC)technology,New Bing has emerged as an AI-powered generative information retrieval system.By integrating the original Bing search engine with the GPT-4,it leverages advanced natural language understanding to comprehend and learn from human input.This enables the system to generate semantically rich and context-aware responses,making it a powerful tool for information retrieval in the AIGC era.The evolution of information retrieval has transitioned from a system-oriented paradigm to a user-oriented paradigm,and ultimately to a cognitive-oriented paradigm.Correspondingly,the research focus in this field has shifted from emphasizing system functionality design to users'information needs,and ultimately to users'cognition construction.However,with the emergence of an AI-driven generative information retrieval system,research attention has expanded to include the cognition construction of both the user and the retrieval system.Based on Popper's three worlds theory,this study proposes a framework for a human-intelligence cognitive-oriented information retrieval paradigm.The framework explores the interplay among the human,the retrieval system,and the external environment within the information retrieval process.Furthermore,leveraging sense-making and cognitive-developmental theories,the study deeply analyzes the mechanisms underlying the bidirectional cognitive construction process between humans and retrieval systems.Specifically,human cognitive construction involves the continuous improvement of knowledge structures during the retrieval process.Conversely,the retrieval system's cognitive construction entails continuous generation and refinement of its knowledge structures through internal programmatic processing powered by large language models.Finally,the study examines the paradigm's impact on traditional information retrieval processes from the perspectives of information need acquisition,cognitive construction processes,and information behaviors.It identifies challe
