摘  要:科学研究始于科学问题,科学进步本质上是科学问题研究的深入与发展。构建科学问题谱系,对揭示科学研究或科学知识之间的继承与发展关系,展示相关科学问题研究的发展脉络,实现面向问题的文献资源建设、发现、组织和评价,具有重要意义。本文对学术谱系的内涵进行辨析,在此基础上提出科学问题谱系的概念,指出科学问题谱系是以科学问题为节点、以时序关系为纵轴、以关联关系为横轴形成的动态问题知识网络。以学术论文所研究的科学问题为基础,构建科学问题谱系的描述模型,对其节点与结构进行剖析,并从学术传承视角分析科学问题谱系的内在关系。最后,以“h指数”研究领域为实例验证科学问题谱系模型及建构方法的适用性和科学性,以及科学问题谱系的功能。In the field of science,the relationship of inheritance,innovation and development among scientific knowledge exists objectively,which is a prerequisite for the continuation and development of science.Academic genealogy illustrates the history of innovation and development of scientific knowledge,revealing the development of a certain research theme or scientific issue from a historical perspective.Scientific research begins with scientific problems,and scientific progress involves essentially the in-depth study and development of scientific problems.Therefore,constructing the academic genealogy of scientific problems is of great significance in revealing the inheritance and development relationship between scientific research or scientific knowledge.It also demonstrates the developmental lineage of the research on related scientific problems,and realizes the construction,discovery,organization and evaluation of literature resources based on the knowledge level of the problems.The main focus of this paper is as follows.Firstly,on the basis of genealogy research,this paper puts forward the concept of“academic genealogy of scientific problems”.Secondly,in order to identify the nodes of the academic genealogy of scientific problems,a structured model that can semantically describe the scientific problem studied in an academic paper from the academic and linguistic perspectives of the question is constructed.Subsequently,the nodes and structure are examined,and the internal relationships of the academic genealogy of scientific problems are analyzed from the perspective of academic inheritance.Based on the scientific problems studied in academic papers,a descriptive model of the academic genealogy of scientific problems is constructed.Finally,to verify the applicability and scientific validity of the ideas and models of the academic genealogy of scientific problems proposed in this paper,the construction of the spectrum of scientific issues is carried out on the basis of the academic papers on the study of“h-ind
