中小跨度预应力箱梁配束方法研究

摘  要:为了研究中小跨度支架现浇预应力箱梁的配束方法,将目前各设计单位常采用的配束方法归纳为腹板束梁端张拉法、腹板束全顶板张拉及箱内顶底板束辅助法、腹板束顶板与箱内混合张拉法3大类并对腹板束梁端张拉法进行了改进;以一联4×30m预应力箱梁为例,按上述3种方法进行了试设计,分析了各配束方法的优缺点及适用范围,在连接墩横梁为普通钢筋混凝土横梁的前提下,推荐采用腹板束梁端张拉法;比较了分别按预应力混凝土A类构件及全预应力混凝土构件设计时材料用量差异,推荐按预应力混凝土A类构件设计;对钢束两端张拉的最大长度给出了经验值范围。In order to research on the bundle distribution method of small and medium span cast-in-place prestressed box girder,summarizes the bundle allocation methods commonly used by various design units,it can be summarized into three categories:web beam end tensioning method,Web bundle full roof stretching and box top and bottom bundle auxiliary method,Web bundle top plate and box mixed tensioning method,the tensioning method of the beam end of the web beam has been improved.A pair of 4×30 m prestressed box girder is designed according to the above three methods and the advantages and disadvantages of each method and its application range are analyzed.Under the premise of common reinforced concrete beam for connecting pier,the web beam end tensioning method is recommended;The difference of material consumption in the design of prestressed concrete class A member and fully prestressed concrete member is compared and the design of prestressed concrete class A member is recommended;The range of experience value is given for the maximum length of both ends of the steel bundle.
