摘　　要：以实际工程为案例,分析了大型工程如何在复杂建设条件下,考虑各方诉求,并保证项目技术标准和功能的前提下,从多个角度优化方案,从而节省工程投资。This paper takes an actual project as an example to analyze how to optimize the scheme from multiple perspec‐tives under complex construction conditions,considering the demands of all parties,and ensuring the technical standards and functions of the project,so as to save the project investment.
