摘  要:为了研究不同生活垃圾气力输送管道参数对管道壁面磨损的影响情况,采用计算流体力学——离散元耦合法(CFD-DEM)进行数值模拟,重点分析管道弯转角度、弯径比及进出口长度比3种因素对弯管磨损的影响并对气力输送管道内的气体流动特性、生活垃圾的运动分布和碰撞信息等进行研究。结果表明:管道磨损随着弯曲角度及弯转半径的增大而减小;进出口长度比为2∶1时生活垃圾气力输送系统的管道磨损程度小于进出口长度比1∶2、1∶1时。In order to study the influence of different parameters of domestic waste pneumatic conveying pipelines on the wear of pipeline walls,the CFD-DEM method was used to numerically simulate the wear of the elbows,focusing on the analysis of the influence of three factors on the wear of the elbows,such as the bending angle,the ratio of bending diameter and the ratio of the length of the inlet and outlet of the pipeline,and the gas flow characteristics in the pneumatic transmission pipelines,the motion distribution of domestic waste and the collision information were studied.The results show that the wear of the pipe decreases with the increase of bending angle and bending radius.The wear of the inlet and outlet length ratios of 2∶1,the wear degree of the pipeline of the domestic waste pneumatic conveying system was smaller than the inlet and outlet length ratio was1∶2,1∶1.
