摘  要:对不同混凝土浇筑速度下墙体钢侧模的受力情况进行了模拟分析,通过参考相关规范计算出在不同浇筑速度下墙体钢侧模承受的压力荷载及分布情况,在有限元软件MidasGen中,将压力荷载施加到模型上并进行受力分析,得到若浇筑速度在2~18 m/h区间内变化,当混凝土浇筑速度增大时,主次楞的最大拉应力、压应力及组合应力比的总体变化趋势均为先增大,后减小;面板组合应力的总体变化趋势为先增大,后减小,再增大,再减小。In this paper,the forces on the steel side molds of the wall under different concrete pouring speeds are simulated and analyzed.The pressure load and distribution of the wall side molds under different pouring speeds are calculated by referring to relevant norms.The pressure load is applied to the finite element model and the force analysis is carried out,and it is obtained that when the pouring speed changes within the range of 2~18 m/h,when the concrete pouring speed increases,the maximum tensile stress,compressive stress and combined stress ratio of the primary and secondary concreting first increase and then decrease.The general change trend of the combined stress of the panel is firstly increasing,then decreasing,then increasing and then decreasing.
