摘 要:结合城市轨道交通车辆弹簧出现的疲劳破坏工程案例,提出了城市轨道交通车辆弹簧疲劳寿命的计算方法。该方法以实测载荷时间历程和弹簧材料S-N曲线为基础,通过实测载荷时间历程编制用于疲劳寿命计算的8级谱。在此基础上分析了空载、半载、满载、超载不同工况以及弹簧参数对车辆弹簧疲劳寿命的影响规律。结果表明:超载对车辆弹簧疲劳寿命具有显著的影响,同时增加簧丝直径、减少弹簧有效圈数能够在一定程度上增加车辆弹簧的疲劳寿命。这对解决轨道交通车辆弹簧疲劳破坏,科学选择车辆弹簧具有一定的实际指导意义。Based on the spring fatigue failure engineering case of urban rail transit vehicle,a method for calculating spring fatigue life of urban rail transit vehicle is proposed.The method is based on the measured load time history and the S-N curve of the spring material,through which the measured load time history is used to compile the 8-level spectrum for fatigue life calculation.On this basis,the effects of different conditions of no-load,half-load,full load,overload and spring parameters on the fatigue life of vehicle spring are analyzed.The results show that overload has a significant effect on the fatigue life of vehicle spring,and that increasing the diameter of spring wire and reducing the number of effective turns of spring can increase the spring fatigue life to a certain extent.It has some practical guiding significance for preventing spring fatigue damage of rail transit vehicle and for scientifically selecting vehicle spring.
