机械合金化法制备烧结态非晶合金及其组织性能研究

摘  要:采用机械合金化和热压烧结的方法制备了5组不同组分的Ti-Al非晶合金,对比分析了Zr,Zr-B,Zr-Y以及Zr-B-Y元素添加后,非晶合金粉末和烧结块体的物相组成、显微形貌、密度和力学性能,并对压缩断口形貌进行了观察。结果表明,在Ti-Al非晶合金中加入Zr,Zr-B,Zr-Y以及Zr-B-Y元素后,球磨处理后非晶合金粉末仍然保持着非晶形态,元素添加并没有改变Ti-Al非晶合金的非晶态特征。Zr,Zr-B,Zr-Y以及Zr-B-Y元素添加后,机械合金化和热压烧结处理后非晶合金块体的实测密度和相对密度有不同程度增加,Zr-B复合添加的非晶合金的实测密度和相对密度最大。在Ti-Al非晶合金中加入Zr,Zr-B,Zr-Y以及Zr-B-Y都可以不同程度提高非晶合金块体的压缩断裂强度、弹性模量和硬度,且复合添加Zr-B-Y的非晶合金的压缩断裂强度、弹性模量和硬度最大。Five different components of Ti-Al amorphous alloys were prepared using mechanical alloying and hot pressing sintering methods.The phase composition,microstructure,density,and mechanical properties of the amorphous alloy powder and sintered block after the addition of Zr,Zr-B,Zr-Y,and Zr-B-Y elements were compared and analyzed.The compression fracture morphology was also observed.The results showed that after adding Zr,Zr-B,Zr-Y,and Zr-B-Y elements to Ti-Al amorphous alloy,the amorphous alloy powder still maintained its amorphous morphology after ball milling treatment,indicating that the addition of elements did not change the amorphous characteristics of Ti-Al amorphous alloy.After the addition of Zr,Zr-B,Zr-Y,and Zr-B-Y elements,the measured density and relative density of amorphous alloy blocks increased to varying degrees after mechanical alloying and hot pressing sintering treatment.The amorphous alloy with Zr-B composite addition had the highest measured density and relative density.Adding Zr,Zr-B,Zr-Y,and Zr-B-Y to Ti-Al amorphous alloys can improve the compressive fracture strength,elastic modulus,and hardness of amorphous alloy blocks to varying degrees,and the composite addition of Zr-B-Y results in the highest compressive fracture strength,elastic modulus,and hardness of amorphous alloys.
