摘 要:高效数控刀具在使用过程中需要刀具材料具有良好的抗弯强度、断裂韧度和硬度,以提高加工效率、延长使用寿命。设计并制备了不同HfC含量(质量分数,下同)的TiB_(2)-HfC刀具材料,并考察了Ni,Co,Ni+Co和Ni+Mo对刀具材料物相、形貌和力学性能的影响。结果表明,数控刀具材料中的Mo元素和Ni元素发生了化学反应形成了MoNi_(4)相。当HfC含量从15%增加至25%时,数控刀具材料的抗弯强度、断裂韧度先增后减,硬度逐渐减小,数控刀具材料抗弯强度和断裂韧度在HfC含量为20%时取得最大值。复合添加Ni+Co的数控刀具的物相主要由TiB_(2),HfC,Ni和Co相组成;不同金属相种类数控刀具材料的显微形貌较为相似,且复合添加Ni+Mo的数控刀具材料的晶粒最为细小,亮白色颗粒的分布最为均匀且孔洞缺陷较少,复合添加Ni+Co时数控刀具材料具有较大的抗弯强度、断裂韧度和硬度,适宜作为高效数控刀具材料使用。Efficient CNC cutting tools require tool materials with good bending strength,fracture toughness,and hardness for better machining efficiency and extended service life.TiB_(2)HfC tool materials with different HfC contents(mass fraction,the same below)were designed and prepared,and the effects of metal phase types(Ni,Co,Ni+Co,Ni+Mo)on the phase,microstructure,and room temperature mechanical properties of the tool materials were investigated.The results show that the phases of three CNC cutting tools with different HfC contents are mainly composed of TiB_(2),HfC,Ni,and MoNi_(4)phases.The chemical reaction between Mo and Ni elements in the CNC cutting tool materials form MoNi_(4)phase.When the HfC content increases from 15%to 25%,the bending strength and fracture toughness of CNC tool materials first increase and then decrease,and the hardness gradually decreases,the maximum bending strength and fracture toughness of CNC tool materials are obtained when the HfC content is 20%.The phase of CNC cutting tools with composite addition of Ni+Co is mainly composed of TiB_(2),HfC,Ni,and Co phases;The microstructure of CNC tool materials with different metal phases is relatively similar,and the CNC tool materials with Ni+Mo composite addition have the smallest grain size,the most uniform distribution of bright white particles,and fewest pore defects.The CNC tool materials with Ni+Co composite addition have higher bending strength,fracture toughness,and hardness,making them suitable for use as efficient CNC tool materials.
