不同过渡层对Cr12钢和45钢的焊接头组织与性能的影响

摘  要:为了研究过渡层对Cr12模具钢和45钢摩擦焊接头组织与性能的影响,分别选用低碳钢和不锈钢作为过渡层,将过渡层接到45钢材料后与Cr12进行焊接,焊接后对接头进行磨制、抛光和腐蚀处理,分别对比有无过渡层材料的焊接头显微组织、抗拉强度和硬度性能。结果表明,添加了过渡层材料的摩擦焊接头的抗拉性能都有一定程度的降低,而且断裂皆发生在焊缝区。当进给量为16 mm时,两种过渡层材料对Cr12和45钢摩擦焊接头的抗拉性能影响最小;距离焊缝越近硬度越大。以低碳钢材料作为过渡层,伸长量为16 mm,顶锻力为50 kN时,Cr12/45钢摩擦焊接头连接质量最好。In order to study the effect of transition layer on the microstructure and properties of friction welded joints of Cr12 mold steel and 45 steel,low-carbon steel and stainless steel were selected as transition layers respectively.After connecting the transition layer to the 45 steel material,it was welded with Cr12.After welding,the joint was ground,polished,and corroded.The microstructure,tensile strength,and hardness properties of the welded joints with and without transition layer materials were compared.The results showed that the tensile performance of friction welded joints with added transition layer materials was reduced to a certain extent,and fractures occurred in the weld zone.When the feed rate is 16 mm,the two transition layer materials have the least impact on the tensile performance of Cr12 and 45 steel friction welded joints;the closer to the weld seam,the greater the hardness.The friction welded joint connection of Cr12/45 steel shows the best quality when low-carbon steel material is used as the transition layer,with an elongation of 16 mm and a forging force of 50 kN.
