摘　　要：本文针对近年来频繁发生的儿童拐卖事件,提出了一种结合区块链与人脸识别技术的创新解决方案。该方案利用区块链技术的去中心化、不可篡改性等特点,结合人脸识别技术的高精确性和实时性,构建了微表情检测和区块链存储综合防拐平台。微表情检测能够在儿童与陌生人接触时实时分析其表情变化并发出预警,有效预防儿童拐卖事件的发生。婴儿出生信息及监护人信息存储在区块链,确保数据不可篡改。综合防拐卖平台通过多渠道追踪与监控,确保公安部门能够迅速、准确地获取儿童行踪信息。这一技术融合不仅增强了系统的安全性和准确性,还显著提升了追踪与应对儿童拐卖事件的效率,为有效应对儿童拐卖问题提供了新思路。In view of the frequent child trafficking incidents in recent years,this paper proposes an innovative solution combining blockchain and facial recognition technology.The scheme uses the characteristics of blockchain technology such as decentralization and non-tampering,combined with the high accuracy and realtime performance of face recognition technology,to build a comprehensive anti-trafficking platform for microexpression detection and blockchain storage.Micro expression detection can analyze real-time changes in children's expressions and issue warnings when they come into contact with strangers,effectively preventing the occurrence of child trafficking incidents.The baby's birth information and guardian information are stored on the blockchain to ensure that the data cannot be tampered with.Through multi-channel tracking and monitoring,the integrated anti-trafficking platform ensures that public security departments can quickly and accurately obtain information on children's whereabouts.This technology integration not only enhances the security and accuracy of the system,but also significantly improves the efficiency of tracking and responding to child trafficking incidents,providing new ideas for effectively responding to child trafficking.
