摘 要:随着移动设备计算能力的提升和人工智能技术的发展,实时图像处理在安防、自动驾驶、医疗影像等领域展现出广阔的应用前景。在基于人工智能的实时图像处理软件的设计中,通过模型压缩与加速策略,如剪枝与量化,本文优化了模型的计算效率,使其适应移动端资源限制。研究表明,所设计的系统在确保高识别精度的同时,能够有效提升实时性与响应速度,具有广泛的应用价值。未来的研究将进一步探索算法优化和硬件协同加速的结合,以进一步提升系统的性能和稳定性。With the improvement of computing power of mobile devices and the development of artificial intelligence technology,real-time image processing has shown wide application prospects in security,autonomous driving,medical imaging and other fields.In the design of real-time image processing software based on artificial intelligence,through model compression and acceleration strategies such as pruning and quantization,this paper optimizes the computational efficiency of the model to adapt it to the resource constraints of the mobile terminal.Studies have shown that the designed system can effectively improve real-time performance and response speed while ensuring high recognition accuracy,and has a wide range of application value.Future research will further explore the combination of algorithm optimization and hardware collaborative acceleration to further improve the performance and stability of the system.
