摘　　要：本文通过研究过程绩效模型确保质量控制的有效性,基于统计方法研究分析了构建过程绩效模型的基本流程,采用目标问题度量法确定绩效度量项和相关因子,并应用统计过程控制原理建立组织过程绩效基线,稳定的绩效基线是建立模型的前提。重点研究了绩效模型的建模算法原理,同时根据组织软件项目过程绩效数据,运用正态性检验、相关性分析、回归分析、假设检验、残差分析等统计方法建立了测试缺陷的过程绩效模型,给出了构建模型的实例,应用模型预测能力达到控制软件产品质量的目的。This article ensures the effectiveness of quality control by studying the process performance model.Based on statistical methods,the basic process of constructing the process performance model is analyzed.The Goal Question Metric method is used to determine the performance measurement items and related factors,and the Statistical Process Control principle is applied to establish the organizational process performance baseline.A stable performance baseline is a prerequisite for establishing a model.The modeling algorithm principle of the performance model is mainly studied.At the same time,based on the process performance data of organizational software projects,a process performance model for testing defects was established using statistical methods such as Normality Test,Correlation Analysis,Regression Analysis,Hypothesis Testing,and Residual Analysis.An example of constructing the model was given,and the predictive ability of the model was applied to achieve the goal of controlling software product quality.
