摘 要:[目的]研究不同干旱胁迫条件下,对樟子松幼苗生长特性、土壤养分含量以及渗透调节物质产生的影响。[方法]取2 a生状况良好、无病虫害且长势趋于一致的樟子松幼苗,在人工干预方式下,分别设置轻度干旱、中度干旱、重度干旱和对照组4组干旱胁迫,比较不同干旱胁迫水平下对樟子松幼苗生长特性、土壤养分和渗透调节物质的影响。[结果]1)生长特性:随着干旱胁迫程度加剧,樟子松生长状况逐渐变劣,其苗高、地径呈现降低趋势,重度干旱<中度干旱<轻度干旱<对照组,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05);2)土壤养分:对照组土壤有机质、全氮、全磷和全钾明显高于三组干旱胁迫,表现为空白对照组>轻度干旱>中度干旱>重度干旱(P<0.05);3)调节物质:干旱胁迫水平越高,可溶性糖、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量越高,重度干旱>中度干旱>轻度干旱>对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]不同干旱胁迫水平下,对樟子松幼苗生长、土壤养分含量均产生一定影响,但随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,可溶性糖、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量提升,有效保护根系活力,所以,可通过提高可溶性糖、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量增强植株抗旱能力,降低干旱胁迫对植株造成的影响。[Objective]To study the effects of different drought stress conditions on the growth characteristics,soil nutrient content,and osmotic regulatory substances of Pinus sylvestris seedlings.[Method]Two years old seedlings of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica with good growth conditions,no pests or diseases,and consistent growth were selected.Under artificial intervention,four groups of drought stress were set up:mild drought,moderate drought,severe drought,and control group.The effects of different levels of drought stress on the growth characteristics,soil nutrients,and osmotic regulating substances of Pinus sylvestris seedlings were compared.[Result]1)Growth characteristics:With the intensification of drought stress,the growth status of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica gradually deteriorates,and its seedling height and diameter show a decreasing trend.Severe drought<moderate drought<mild drought<control group,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05);2)Soil nutrients:The organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and total potassium in the control group were significantly higher than those in the three groups under drought stress,with the blank control group>mild drought>moderate drought>severe drought(P<0.05);3)Regulating substances:The higher the level of drought stress,the higher the content of soluble sugars,proline,and soluble proteins.Severe drought>moderate drought>mild drought>control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Different levels of drought stress have certain effects on the growth of Pinus sylvestris seedlings and soil nutrient content.However,as the degree of drought stress increases,the content of soluble sugars,proline,and soluble protein increases,effectively protecting root vitality.Therefore,increasing the content of soluble sugars,proline,and soluble protein can enhance plant drought resistance and reduce the impact of drought stress on plants.
