褐环乳牛肝菌提高油松抗旱性研究

摘  要:该实验采用盆栽的方式,研究油松(Pinus tabulaeformis)幼苗接种褐环乳牛肝菌(Suillus luteus)后,菌根化油松的抗旱机制,以未接种的幼苗作为对照。测定在土壤相对含水量正常水分(65±5)%、轻度胁迫(50±5)%、中度胁迫(35±5)%和重度胁迫(25±5)%条件下,油松苗木生长指标、根系活力、根系抗逆物质和根际土壤酶活性。结果表明,干旱胁迫下菌根化的油松的苗高、地径、鲜重和干重生长指标整体均高于未接种处理的幼苗;菌根化油松在干旱胁迫下可以通过增加土壤酶活性,增加根系可溶性糖含量增加根系活力,影响气孔密度,从而保证油松幼苗的存活。In this experiment,the drought-resistant mechanism of Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings were inoculated with Suillus luteus,and the uninoculated seedlings were used as a control.Under normal water(65±5)%,mild(50±5)%,moderate(35±5)%and severe(25±5)%,Growth index,root vitality,root stress resistance,rhizosphere soil enzyme activity.The results showed that the seedling height,ground diameter,fresh weight and dry weight of mycorrhizosis under drought stress were higher than those of the seedlings not inoculated;Under drought stress,mycorrhizal solides can increase the root vitality by increasing the soil enzyme activity,and ensure the survival of solides seedlings.
