摘 要:目的:筛选优化月季组培苗增殖与生根培养基,为月季快繁及优良月季规模化生产提供技术参考。方法:对月季组培苗增殖与生根培养基中不同添加物的种类与浓度配比进行筛选试验,分析月季组培苗在不同培养基下的继代增殖及生根状况。结果:在温度、光照等相同条件下,培养基MS+6-BA2.0+NAA0.1对于月季组培苗增殖培养最适合,继代增殖系数高达10.36,生长状况良好;综合分析生根率、生根天数、生根数量及植株生长状况,培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.2最适合月季组培苗生根。此外,生根培养基1/2MS+活性炭1g/L+NAA0.5中加入活性炭不仅不能促进生根,反而显著的抑制生根,生根率低,且生根天数最长、生根数量少。结论:该试验结果优化了月季组培体系,为南阳月季产业化发展提供技术指导。Objective:To screen and optimize the proliferation and rooting medium of Rosa chinensis,and provide technical reference for rapid propagation and large-scale production of Rosa chinensis.Method:Through the screening test of different kinds and concentrations of additives in the proliferation and rooting medium of Rosa chinensis tissue culture in the tissue culture laboratory.Result:Under the same conditions of temperature and light,the medium MS+6-BA2.0+NAA0.1 is the most suitable for rose growth,the proliferation coefficient can reach 10.36,and the growth condition is good.Comprehensive analysis of rooting rate,rooting days,rooting number and plant growth status of tissue seedlings,the optimal rooting medium of Rosa chinensis tissue seedlings was 1/2MS+NAA 0.2.The addition of activated carbon to rooting medium 1/2MS+activated carbon 1g/L+NAA 0.5 did not only failed to promote rooting,but significantly inhibit rooting,low rooting rate,and the longest root days and the small number of roots.Conclusion:The test results optimize the tissue culture system of Rosa chinensis and provide technical guidance for the industrialization development of Rosa chinensis in Nanyang.
