摘　　要：油橄榄是全球四大主要的可食用油料来源,它的果肉富含单不饱和脂肪酸、多酚和黄酮,并能提供多种健康和医疗保健功能。由于橄榄的栽培技术落后,加上大多数品种的收获季节不同,因此橄榄的进口和出口都非常困难。两水油橄榄园位于甘肃省的东南部,拥有充沛的阳光、湿润的空气、清澈的河流,以及极其优越的海拔、湿润的环境,使其成为全球最佳的油橄榄种植区。回顾总结了甘肃省陇南市油橄榄产业发展现状和取得的成绩,对发展优势、短板与存在的问题进行了剖析,从而对甘肃白龙江插岗梁省级自然保护区管护中心油橄榄产业高质量发展提出了建议。研究发现,甘肃白龙江插岗梁省级自然保护区管护中心油橄榄产业高质量发展具备一定的区位优势、规模优势、品质品牌优势、群众优势以及政策优势,同时还存在着油橄榄产业规模小、发展体制机制不健全、产业链狭窄且较短、效益低等问题。并制定出科学合理、可持续的栽培方案,从而有效提升油橄榄栽培效率,促使管护中心油橄榄产量持续增长。Olive is one of the four major sources of edible oil in the world,and its flesh is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids,polyphenols and flavonoids,and provides a variety of health and healthcare functions.Due to the backward cultivation technology of olives and the different harvest seasons of most varieties,it is very difficult to import and export olives.Liangshui Olive Garden is located in the southeast of Gansu Province,with abundant sunshine,moist air,clear rivers,and an extremely superior altitude and humid environment,making it the best olive growing region in the world.This paper reviewed the development status and achievements of olive industry in Longnan City,Gansu Province,analyzed the development advantages,shortcomings and existing problems,and put forward suggestions for the high-quality development of olive industry in the management and protection center of Chuangliang Provincial Nature Reserve in Bailong River,Gansu Province.It is found that the high-quality development of olive industry in the management and protection center of Chuangliang Provincial Nature Reserve of Bailong River in Gansu Province has certain advantages of location,scale,quality,brand,mass and policy advantages.At the same time,there are also problems such as small scale of olive industry,imperfect development system and mechanism,narrow and short industrial chain,and low efficiency.And develop a scientific,reasonable and sustainable cultivation program,so as to effectively improve the efficiency of olive cultivation,and promote the sustainable growth of olive production in the management and care center.
