This study reveals the complex and sophisticated relationship between the diospyros root system and soil microorganisms through an in-depth analysis of their interaction. In terms of the structural and physiological characteristics of the diospyros root system,we explored in detail its main components, growth and development processes, and physiological functions, which provided a basis for understanding diospyros growth.Meanwhile, the diversity and composition of soil microbial communities were studied in detail, revealing the changing patterns of microbes in different seasons and soil types. At the level of molecular mechanisms,we deeply analysed the chemosensory substances released by diospyros roots, the response of microorganisms to root signals, and the establishment of the interaction network, and unravelled the mysteries of the interactions between the two from a molecular point of view.Through the study of the effect of interaction on plant growth,we not only discovered the microorganisms that promote the growth of plant roots, but also revealed the microorganisms that inhibit the growth of plants and the effect of interaction on plant nutrient uptake.
