摘　　要：结合徐州市贾汪区森林资源分布的特点,提出了构建森林防灭火预警监测系统的方案策略。通过利用物联网智能传感器技术、GIS地理信息技术、卫星遥感等技术,构建起一套覆盖全面、监测精确、数据实时传输的防火灭火预警监测系统。同时,还要建立完善的“人防”体系,落实物资保障,从而形成一套“人防+技防+物防”防灭火预警监测系统,对提高森林资源防灭火工作效果,更好地保护森林资源,具有十分重要的意义。Based on the characteristics of forest resource distribution in Jiawang District,Xuzhou City,a strategy for constructing a forest fire prevention and early warning monitoring system was proposed.By utilizing intelligent sensor technology of the Internet of Things,GIS geographic information technology,satellite remote sensing and other technologies,a comprehensive,accurate monitoring,and real-time data transmission fire prevention and extinguishing early warning monitoring system has been constructed.At the same time,it is necessary to establish a sound“civil air defense”system,implement material support,and form a set of“civil air defense+technical defense+material defense”fire prevention and extinguishing early warning monitoring system,which is of great significance for improving the effectiveness of forest resource fire prevention and extinguishing work and better protecting forest resources.
