摘  要:林业建设过程中,作为重要主体的国有林场,为保证其在改善生态环境、防灾减灾等方面充分发挥重要作用,将国有林场建设成智慧林场,以提高国有林场信息化建设水平,其也是目前以及今后的一项重要工作。海寨林场始建于1955年,经营总面积17697 hm^(2),是曲靖市主城区重要的生态屏障,生态区位十分重要。该文以海寨林场为设计单元,分析海寨林场现状,通过规划基础设施层,完善数据层,建设支撑层,建设应用层四个层面规划了海寨林场信息化系统。规划系统能有效提升林草火灾、有害生物预警预报和应急防控数字化及智能化水平,使乱砍滥伐、乱征滥占、乱捕滥猎、非法运输木材、违规野外用火、非法占用和开垦草原等破坏林草资源行为得到更加有效的监管。In the process of forestry construction,as an important subject,state-owned forest farms play an important role in improving the ecological environment and disaster prevention and reduction.To build state-owned forest farms into smart forest farms and improve the level of information construction of state-owned forest farms is an important task at present and in the future.Haizhai Forest Farm was founded in 1955,with a total operating area of 17697 hectares.It is an important ecological barrier in the main urban area of Qujing City,and its ecological location is very important.This article takes Haizhai Forest Farm as the design unit,analyzes the current situation of Haizhai Forest Farm,and plans the Haizhai Forest Farm's information system from four levels:planning infrastructure layer,improving data layer,constructing support layer,and constructing application layer.The planning system can effectively improve the digital and intelligent level of forest and grass fires,pest warning and prediction,and emergency prevention and control.It provides more effective supervision for behaviors that damage forest and grass resources,such as indiscriminate logging,requisition and occupation,illegal hunting,illegal transportation of wood,illegal use of wildfires,illegal occupation,and grassland cultivation,etc.
