基于“双碳”目标的林草碳汇经济实现路径研究

摘　　要：为实现“双碳”目标,需要加快林草碳汇经济的发展,充分发挥林草资源的固碳潜力和价值。当前我国林草碳汇经济发展存在着问题。因此,本文提出了“双碳”目标下我国林草碳汇经济的实现路径,包括建立科学的林草碳汇核算体系;建立规范的林草碳汇市场规则;建立专业化的林草碳汇项目开发和管理机构;加强林草碳汇人才培养等四个方面。To achieve the“dual carbon”goal,China needs to accelerate the development of forest and grassland carbon sink economy,and fully tap the carbon sequestration potential and value of forest and grassland resources.There are some problems in the current development of forest and grassland carbon sink economy in China.Therefore,this paper proposes the implementation path of forest and grassland carbon sink economy under the“dual carbon”goal in China,including establishing a scientific forest and grassland carbon sink accounting system;establishing a standardized forest and grassland carbon sink market rules;establishing a professional forest and grassland carbon sink project development and management institutions;strengthening the cultivation of forest and grassland carbon sink talents and other four aspects.
