提升大兴区森林资源调查与监测质量措施的探讨

摘  要:截止2022年底,大兴区森林面积为36660.42 hm^(2),森林覆盖率35.37%,相比2021年末增长了1.57%。为全面掌握园林绿化资源现状和变化情况,形成森林资源资源调查监测成果,大兴区按照上级要求,每年进行森林资源调查监测工作。该文就目前森林资源调查与监测存在的行政界限区分不准、有林地漏查、小班界限区划不准、关键属性填写不准确和调查技术力量不强等问题,针对性提出了重新进行行政界区划、充分利用3S技术对小班进行核对、利用PDA进行野外调查、对调查人员进行岗前培训、制定科学合理的工作方案以及强化监督检查机制、充分发挥地方政府的职责等应对措施,进而提升大兴区森林资源调查与监测的效率和质量。As of the end of 2022,the forest area in Daxing District is 36660.42 hectares,with a forest coverage rate of 35.37%,an increase of 1.57%compared to the end of 2021.In order to comprehensively grasp the current situation and changes of landscaping resources,and form the results of forest resource survey and monitoring,Daxing District conducts forest resource survey and monitoring work every year in accordance with the requirements of the higher authorities.This article proposes targeted measures to improve the efficiency and quality of forest resource investigation and monitoring in Daxing District,including re dividing administrative boundaries,fully utilizing 3S technology to verify small groups,conducting field investigations using PDAs,providing pre job training for investigators,developing scientific and reasonable work plans,strengthening supervision and inspection mechanisms,and fully leveraging the responsibilities of local governments,in order to address the problems of inaccurate administrative boundary differentiation,missing forest land inspections,inaccurate division of small group boundaries,inaccurate filling of key attributes,and weak investigation technology in current forest resource investigation and monitoring.
