摘　　要：文章首先介绍了插岗梁省级自然保护区的森林资源现状,并提出了森林生态旅游资源开发路径,在此基础上,从森林生态旅游资源的开发保护规划设计、开发保护过程监管、开发保护主体培育三个方面,给出了开发与保护森林生态旅游资源的有效对策,旨在遵循生态平衡原则,通过全面调查监测,利用先进技术手段设计出科学、可行的森林旅游资源开发规划,经过全过程实地监督、引入政府规划+企业租赁管理模式,强化森林生态旅游开发保护过程管理,并结合人力资源管理、新媒体宣传教育、本地居民参与引导,深化森林生态教育,以此提升插岗梁省级自然保护区森林生态旅游资源开发保护的实施成效。This paper first introduced the current situation of forest resources in Chuangliang Provincial Nature Reserve,and proposed the development path of forest ecotourism resources.On this basis,effective countermeasures for the development and protection of forest ecotourism resources were proposed from three aspects:planning and design of the development and protection of forest ecotourism resources,supervision of the development and protection process,and cultivation of the development and protection subjects.The aim is to follow the principle of ecological balance,design a scientific and feasible forest tourism resource development plan through comprehensive investigation and monitoring,and use advanced technologies to strengthen the management of forest ecotourism development and protection process through on-site supervision of the whole process,the introduction of government planning+enterprise leasing management mode,and combine human resource management,new media publicity and education,and local residents'participation and guidance.To deepen forest ecological education,in order to improve the implementation of the development and protection of forest ecotourism resources in Chuangliang Provincial Nature Reserve.
