退役复学大学生全面素养培育体系与实践路径

摘　　要：我国大学生服兵役已逐渐常态化,退役复学大学生指的是应征入伍后,完成一定期限的军事服役后,选择返回学校继续完成学业的学生。如何提升退役复学大学生全面素养是高校教育的关键。本文采取问卷调查的方式了解退役复学大学全面素养现状,从政府引导、部队协助、学校引导等方面构建全面素养培育体系,结合实际情况对全面素养培育途径进行分析,旨在通过提高退役复学大学生全面素养,助力退役复学大学生成长成才。The military service of college students in China has been gradually normalized.The retired college students refer to the students who choose to return to school to complete their studies after being enlisted and completing a certain period of military service.How to improve the overall quality of retired college students is the key to higher education.In this paper,questionnaire survey is adopted to understand the current situation of comprehensive literacy in retired and re-entering universities,comprehensive literacy cultivation system is constructed from government guidance,military assistance,school guidance and other aspects,and the approach of comprehensive literacy cultivation is analyzed in combination with the actual situation,aiming to improve the comprehensive literacy of retired and re-entering college students and help them grow into talents.
