光固化3D打印氧化锆陶瓷材料制备技术的研究

摘  要:探究了光固化3D打印氧化锆陶瓷材料的制备工艺,以及不同组成材料对光固化料浆流变性能的影响。氧化锆陶瓷粉体的比表面积与料浆粘度呈正相关,GDSZ-3-J型粉体的比表面积较小,在剪切速率超过80 s^(-1)时料浆粘度降低至5 Pa·s以下,流变性能较好;X-100型分散剂添加量为4%时,能显著改善氧化锆陶瓷粉提在有机溶剂中的分散性,此时料浆粘度最低;固含量超过30%后料浆粘度显著增加,适当提高固含量可以改善打印精度,为了兼顾料浆流变性能,建议将固含量设定为35%。This study explores the preparation process of light cured 3D printed zirconia ceramic materials and the influence of different composition materials on the rheological properties of light cured slurry.The specific surface area of zirconia ceramic powder is positively correlated with the viscosity of the slurry.The specific surface area of GDSZ-3-J powder is smaller,and the slurry viscosity decreases to 5 Pa·s when the shear rate exceeds 80 s^(-1)·Below s,the rheological properties are good;When the addition amount of X-100 dispersant is 4%,it can significantly improve the dispersibility of zirconia ceramic powder in organic solvents,and the viscosity of the slurry is the lowest at this time;After the solid content exceeds 30%,the viscosity of the slurry increases significantly.Increasing the solid content appropriately can improve printing accuracy.In order to balance the rheological properties of the slurry,it is recommended to set the solid content to 35%.
