摘 要:为研究离心泵变转速工况下的流动特性,本文首先利用MRF模型模拟离心泵额定转速工况下的稳态流场,为变转速工况瞬态计算提供初始流场,然后利用sliding mesh模型模拟离心泵变转速工况下的瞬态流场。数值模拟结果表明:使用MRF模型和sliding mesh模型可以很好的模拟离心泵的稳态和瞬态流场;模拟中捕捉到了离心泵变转速过程中的压力脉动,获取了扬程变化曲线和压力、速度场分布,可为掌握变转速工况下离心泵的流动特性提供指导。In order to study the flow characteristics of centrifugal pump under variable speed conditions,firstly,the steady-state flow field of centrifugal pump under rated speed conditions is simulated by the MRF model,and the initial flow field for the transient calculation of variable speed conditions is obtained.Then,the transient flow field of centrifugal pump under variable speed conditions is simulated by the sliding mesh model.The numerical simulation results show that,the steady and transient flow field of centrifugal pump can be well simulated by using MRF model and sliding mesh model.In the simulation,the pressure pulsation in the process of variable speed of centrifugal pump is captured.At the same time,the head change curve,pressure field distribution and velocity field distribution are obtained,which can provide guidance for mastering the flow characteristics of centrifugal pump under variable speed conditions.
