摘  要:针对鲍店煤矿两翼对角式通风系统北翼出现的通风阻力过大的问题,采用网络解算研究了矿井通风困难时期的风量调控方案。明确了五、八采区完成回采、七采区布置两个采面时是通风困难时期,过大的通风阻力将使七采区供风不足。针对此问题提出了三种风量调控方案,方案一减少五采区的进风量。方案二、三分别扩大七采区1、2条回风巷断面。通过网络解算得到,方案一虽能通过增阻调风实现七采区按需供风,但总阻力超出允许值。方案二、三对北翼风机系统减阻增风的同时,对南翼风机系统有增阻减风的影响,但南翼主要通风机工况仍在有效区域内,两方案均能使七采区按需供风,而方案二中有1条回风巷风速超限,因此确定方案三为矿井通风困难时期调控方案。For the problem of excessive ventilation resistance in the north wing of the diagonal ventilation system of Baodian Coal Mine,the network solution method is used to study the air volume control scheme during the difficult ventilation period of the mine.It is clear that when the fifth and eighth mining areas complete extraction and two mining faces are arranged in the seventh mining area,it is a difficult ventilation period.Excessive ventilation resistance will lead to insufficient air supply in the seventh mining area.In response to this problem,three air volume control schemes are proposed.Scheme one reduces the air intake volume of the fifth mining area.Schemes two and three expand the sections of one and two return airways in the seventh mining area respectively.Through network solution,it is obtained that although scheme one can achieve on-demand air supply in the seventh mining area by adjusting the air volume through increasing resistance,the total resistance exceeds the allowable value.While schemes two and three reduce resistance and increase air volume for the fan system in the north wing,they have the effect of increasing resistance and reducing air volume for the fan system in the south wing.However,the operating conditions of the main ventilation fan in the south wing are still within the effective area.Both schemes can enable on-demand air supply in the seventh mining area,but in scheme two,there is one return airway with excessive wind speed.Therefore,scheme three is determined as the control scheme during the difficult ventilation period of the mine.
