摘  要:8号楼项目施工图设计中,设计院根据钢结构的结构受力计算,需要将本项目部分结构构件设计为屈曲约束钢板剪力墙,以解决结构的受力问题。在施工中,钢板剪力墙钢构件的制作、混凝土PC板的制作及现场安装均需要由专业单位完成。施工阶段,克服了PC板工厂预制螺栓孔准确预留难、主体钢框架与钢板剪力墙及PC板非同步安装、临空面无外架吊装作业等一系列难题,成功完成168处钢板剪力墙的安装。希望本次的技术总结,能为以后此类的钢板剪力墙的施工提供借鉴。In the construction drawing design of Building 8 project,according to the structural stress calculation of the steel structure,the design institute needs to design some structural members of this project as buckling-restrained steel plate shear walls to solve the structural stress problem.In the construction,the manufacture of steel components of steel plate shear wall,the manufacture of concrete PC board and the on-site installation need to be completed by professional units.During the construction phase,the project department overcame a series of difficulties such as the difficulty of accurately reserving the prefabricated bolt holes in the PC board factory,the asynchronous installation of the main steel frame and the steel plate shear wall and the PC board,and the lifting operation without an external frame on the air surface,and successfully completed the installation of 168 steel plate shear walls.It is hoped that this technical summary can provide reference for the future construction of such steel plate shear wall.
